S-M - Suitable for older children (Age 11 ), teenagers and smaller adults. Suitable for adults up to 5ft 8", males who wear S-M clothing & females who wear up to size 14 clothing.

L-XL - Suitable for adults up to 5ft 10". Males who wear L-XL clothing & females who wear size 14-18 clothing.
